This 2-hour interactive training cuts through the noise to help professionals understand what AI really is, why it matters now, and how it is fundamentally reshaping work, roles, and human skill sets. We begin with a clear AI 101 refresh, then explore the seismic shift AI is creating across industries, including the impact on future jobs, creativity, and decision-making. Participants will learn the real challenges of AI, from copyright and originality to accuracy, reliability, and ethical use, and gain clarity on when AI should assist work versus when human judgment still matters most.

The session breaks down today’s AI landscape into practical solutions, including assistants, GPTs, agents, automation, apps, enterprise tools, and integrations with existing platforms like Adobe and CRMs. We close with hands-on guidance for writing effective prompts so participants leave confident, informed, and ready to apply AI responsibly and strategically in their day-to-day work.
