There is much rhetoric about differences between the Boomer, Gen X and Millennial generations. Is there really something to this, or is the generational “issue” keeping the A/E/C industry from having to face a much more important conversation? Alpesh Bhatt will lead us on a journey that will turn the generational conversation on its head and have us see it for what it really is, a grand opportunity.

Topics include:

  • Generational distinctions essential to understand and why they exist.
  • The destructive use of generational labels.
  • The opportunity that having a multi-generational workforce represents.

Learning Objectives:

This program will provide a fresh perspective that will allow attendees to see:

  1. How a multi-generational collaborative workforce is vital to their organization’s future.
  2. How to provide an environment where multiple generations can do their best work together.
  3. What is required to attract and retain a multi-generational workforce.
  4. Why generational differences aren't about demographics.
