Joe Feola
Business Development Manager, Montagno Construction
Joe is a Business Development Manager for Montagno Construction, currently residing in Trumbull CT. In addition to his professional role, Joe is a proud father to four amazing daughters, and recently welcomed two new grandbabies, Isabella and Alex Joseph. In his free time, Joe enjoys exploring his passion for cooking and crafting homemade wine, as well as cherishing moments spent watching football with loved ones. He is a dedicated fan of the Seattle Seahawks and takes great pleasure in sharing his enthusiasm with friends and family. Joe's professional development never stops! He is interested in the various resources and programs that SMPS has to offer to enhance his skills and knowledge.
Jorge Guillen
Principal at Guillen Technology Consultants LLC
Originally hailing from Peru, South America, Jorge now resides in Springfield, MA, where he operates as an entrepreneur for his own establishment, Guillen Technology Consultants. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Jorge gained extensive professional experience working with renowned firms such as SLAM Collaborative Architects, BVH Integrated Services, Bemis Associates LLC, and others. Outside of his business pursuits, Jorge generously volunteers his IT and Networking skills to local churches and has dedicated over two decades to coaching soccer in the Pioneer Valley Junior Soccer League. Joining SMPS, Jorge hopes to showcase Guillen Technology Consultants in a positive light, raising awareness of the company's resources. He is excited to learn more about web and social media strategies to further enhance the company's reach.
