Member Spotlight - Adam Thibeault and Jeremy Brewer

Adam Thibeault, a seasoned professional with 24 years of experience in the AEC industry, serves as the Senior Marketing Manager at A/Z Corporation, a subsidiary of The Cianbro Companies. He leads the Marketing department providing support for proposal development, marketing objectives, communications and brand management. Beyond his core responsibilities, Adam assists with select engagements with Cianbro and its subsidiaries throughout the Eastern U.S. and the Mid-Atlantic.

In his pursuit for continuous professional growth, Adam joined SMPS to stay current with emerging marketing trends, enhancing his skill set and leverage new and proven ideas to drive success at A/Z Corporation. 

Jeremy Brewer wears many hats at BFZ Electric, a mid-sized electrical contracting company located in Plainville, Connecticut. He serves as an Employee Relations Professional, Social Media Manager and Recruiter. Prior to his current role, he worked at a police agency within Connecticut. With two decades of public-facing experience, he understands the significance of genuine connections, trust, and the power of meaningful moments. He strives to use those experiences in the company's everyday social media posts. He places an importance on humanizing craftsman in the field, working to maintain and build a positive culture within the firm. 

Outside of his professional career, he is a devoted husband and father to three teenagers. He's also a TED speaker, particularly focusing on crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques and the power of human connection in pivotal moments. Together with his wife, Jeanette, they open their home to foster rescue dogs from across the state and beyond. Through this shared passion, they experience the joy of providing forgotten or discarded animals a chance to find their forever homes. 

As a new member of SMPS, Jeremy is looking forward to building connections and enhancing his skills within the industry.
