President's Message - September 2021

September is the start of SMPS Connecticut’s 2021/2022 program year! SMPS Connecticut volunteers have spent the past couple months planning programs, education workshops, mentorship cohorts and developing strategic initiatives to create an environment that provides opportunities for everyone in the A/E/C industry to engage and grow. We’re excited to share all of our hard work with you. Throughout the program year we’ll be providing resources to help you grow your business, take your career to the next level, and develop long-lasting industry relationships.
I’m excited and honored to serve as your President this year. SMPS Connecticut has been instrumental in my career and I am grateful to have this opportunity to give back. Through my involvement in SMPS, I’ve developed my skills as a marketer, grew my network, and made life-long friends. I encourage everyone to take advantage of all that SMPS has to offer this program year and get involved: join a committee, lead a program, join the mentorship cohort, or attend an event.
