How Turner Construction Reimagined its Supply Chain Subsidiary

Planning and launching a corporate re-brand is challenging and rewarding. Through the new brand, Turner Construction Company affirmed its evolution as a stronger partner that is focused on providing enhanced services as well as on the values of the company. During the pandemic, we reorganized three established P&Ls into a leaner, more efficient working service line with a new name and renewed focus! Strong change management and communication planning served as the foundation of our successful relaunch.

The new name, SourceBlue, was created from studying the past and bringing into the future the parts of the existing brand that made sense. The tethering to Turner Construction Company was determined to be essential. Our team was “Unified in Purpose” as we completed the work during the pandemic finishing up by the company’s 20th anniversary in February of 2021!
