CIL was founded by care service providers who recognized that people & families thrive best when they have a place to call home – & are fully included in the community. We partner with nonprofits, service providers, & municipalities to enable the independent living, support, & services for those with intellectual & developmental disabilities to be fully engaged in their communities. We offer three primary solutions to take the “hard” out of the real estate development process: Community Residences, Development Support, and Accessibility Improvements.
