Stephanie Arias-Fajardo

Stephanie joined MHAI team in February 2023 as the office administrator. She graduated from Norwalk Community College with an Associates in Interior Design and is pursuing a Bachelor’s. Although still fairly new to marketing, she initially gained some experience while in retail and has become more engaged while in this position. She is excited to continue learning and networking in the A/E/C industry. When not working you will find her going on jogs with her husband and dog Luna, trying out a new restaurant in town, or taking on a diy project around the house.
Tara DeLorenzo
Proposal Writer, Weston & Sampson
Tara is a proposal writer at Weston & Sampson in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and is a new member of SMPS. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Connecticut three years ago and started at Weston & Sampson. Her experience ranges from medical editing to technical writing to features for local magazines. She's an avid reader, traveler, and latte drinker, and loves barre and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. She's excited to be a part of SMPS! Tara loves working in a creative field and in joining SMPS, she's looking to expand her network meet like-minded individuals, and connect.
