A new year is a good reminder that we all bring different lenses into the room, shaped by our experiences, backgrounds, and paths. DEI work isn’t about having the ‘right’ perspective. It’s about being curious about perspectives that aren’t our own.
This year, one of my goals is to stay open to learning, even when something feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Curiosity is one of the simplest and most inclusive tools we have.
