Member Spotlight - Diana Alcazar

Diana is the Marketing Coordinator at Hoffmann Architects + Engineers, a firm specialized in the rehabilitation of the building envelope. In her role, she supports the business development team by creating and developing marketing materials for proposals. She creates marketing collaterals, including project descriptions, and resumes, while coordinating with the project team to pursue opportunities. Offline, Diana loves to spend time preparing a delicious vegetarian meal or working on a new cross stitch design!

 As an excited new member of SMPS, she is looking forward to making connections with her A/E/C peers and expanding her knowledge through event participation and committee involvement. There are many benefits SMPS has to offer, what I'm most excited to get out is the professional development aspect. SMPS offers great webinars and in-person events that provide expert advice and stay on top of industry trends. I am most interested in learning how to develop winning proposals. From project kick-off meetings to submitting the proposal--I'd love to learn all the best practices.
