Carlos Puente is the Business Development Manager at BFZ Electric, a licensed electrical contracting company based in Plainville, Connecticut. He leads client engagement and relationship-building efforts, working closely with general contractors and developers to identify new opportunities and promote BFZ’s design-build and prefabrication services for multifamily and commercial projects.
Carlos began his marketing career over 20 years ago, with experience at major organizations including ESPN and Comcast. His background in media and communications gives him a unique perspective on branding, messaging, and building lasting partnerships in the AEC industry.
He currently lives in New Britain and enjoys weekend adventures with his son, playing golf, and cycling. Carlos is also passionate about music and spending time with family.
Carlos is proud to be part of Connecticut’s AEC community and looks forward to growing his network and contributing to meaningful, well-built projects across the region.
